The nurse explained about what injections she was going to give my daughter, she then spoke to my daughter telling her step by step what she was going to do. The nurse made us feel at ease throughout the appointment. Brilliant care was given!

West town surgery have a proactive approach to preventative medicine, which includes regular check ups, including blood tests. The staff have a positive can do attitude. I receive support from them that enables me to self tedt my INR, even when abroad.

Everyone was happy and helpful and very professional in the jobs they do.

Initial visit to n. practition set up bloods and egg and most importantly request for an echo appointment. After blood sample, doctor phoned late evening same day saying I needed to go to A & E urgently. That was all impressive.

I have this answer as I'm always treated very well. They care about their patients and listen carefully and are respectfully. I even had students this time and they were realy good too. I'm always made to feel comfortable and as I get stressed at my appointments (due to my previous other surgeries Dr being disrespectful n not listening. ) It is still hard to get appointments but when I do wether it is a phone or physical app I'm always treated well and looked after.
