Dashboard for West Town Surgery

All the Doctors are so understanding they listen to you thoroughly & always show care & compassion. I personally have never struggled to get an appointment. The reception staff are great, friendly, patient & always helpful. It's sad but true that there's not a lot practices like this left, they just don't exist anymore amazing service 🙏

Went for my flu jab informed receptionist I was here 2 minutes later of for my jab. From entering to leaving 5 minutes maximum

Caroline fox is a brilliant practice nurse who does a great job for patients. She managed to perform some tests on me that the Drs at the hospital couldn't manage.

Because the staff are very accommodating when you need to see the doctor you get an appointment

The staff are very helpful whenever I go in or on the phone . The nurses are great as is the doctors , Dr Khan is very good and listened to my problem.
