Dashboard for West Town Surgery

I have been a patient at West Town surgery for a year, and the staff are extremely pleasant and professional at all times. Unlike my previous surgery, the staff exhude positivity every time I go there. I use warfarin and travel a lot, which requires me to self-test my INR readings. West town support me in this when abroad, unlike my previous surgery, which wouldn't even discuss the issue. My last and most recent visit was for annual blood pressure ,blood sample and general check up, which I did not expect to receive, but was invited by email and a follow-up phone call. This is another example of continuous care given by West Town surgery.

The surgery has been decorated and is starting to look improved. The sickly pink walls are gone. The reception staff are really helpful and technology has arrived in the guise of useful texts and reminders.
