Friendly caring service from arrival to departure from both reception staff and the nurse ( two student nurses were present for training who were excellent in undertaking the tests).
The practice nurse sharing her skills with the trainees bodes well for the future of the NHS.

The administration staff are friendly and listen carefully to their patients. They also have a good telephone manner. During my consultation with the doctor, I found them to be caring and positive. They listened intently to my concerns and I was able to discuss moving forward regarding medication and maintaining my health and well being.
