All the staff are compassionate & caring. I've had some difficulties & they have supported me all the time. There's not many surgeries like this left .

Always happy with west town practice ,wouldn't want to be at any other practice.

Kind efficient caring staff.. I arrived booked in sat down in a quite recently redecorated waiting area. Was called via an overhead screen message. Seen quickly and efficiently foe a 12 weekly b12 injection. A prompt set up for next injection around my birthday 4 July this year.

Caroline & the 2 students were absolutely 💯 courteous helpful have time for you . 💯 made me feel relaxed and treated like a person.
