West town is a very friendly surgery especially when yo ring the receptionist are very helpful and pleasant I've never had any problem getting an appointment .had a phone call from doctor followed by an appointment brilliant service .

Dr Cheema was wonderful. She was welcoming, listened to what I was saying and didn't make me feel rushed.
