The appointments are always on time, all the staff are very helpful and the Doctors are great.
This is the best practice I have ever known thank you👍😆

Having transferred from central surgery recently the contrast in reception , atmosphere, and staff is highly noticeable you don’t feel that you are a burden and the staff take time to listen plus you are not waiting a month for an appointment

Dr contacted me within timescale as per Receptionists instructions. Thorough discussion around my medication and health issues offering advice and future appointments. Thank you

Can,t fault the service,friendliness of all staff and professionals. Having worked in the NHS for 40 years in Sheffield, I feel that West Town Surgery provides an efficient and caring service.
Although I don't see the GP often,I had need to see one yesterday-a phone call to the Surgery at 8am,telephone conversation with GP at 11.30 and a face to face contact at 3.30pm,what service.
People do criticise the NHS but I firmly believe it is a 2 way process,you have to treat people with the respect they deserve.

I had an appointment with Angela Nurse practitioner. She was very good and listened to me and gave me time to tell her what I needed to. She was very helpful and requested an xray which I had the next day amd the results were sent back to the Dr very quickly 4hrs later
.My Dr then got in touch the next day to let me know I needed referring to Orthopaedics which was sorted and within 24hrs I have received an appointment at St Hughes hospital . All the staff at West Town surgery are always very approachable, nice,caring, patient, listen and deal with whatever needs to be done promptly, professionally and with much respect. Thankyou to all of you.

Dr. Khan is attentive and ever so helpful and she really takes time to listen.
