Call back service works well. Appointment for the same morning and no issues when arriving at the surgery.

I am always satisfied with the excellent service I get from the practice as the doctors and staff are excellent

Now the practice has agmalated, I rearly think it has improved the surgery.

I had a text asking to make an appointment for a routine telephone review. The review was done the day I rang the surgery. This lead to an appointment made by the GP for the following monday, and after examination, further appointment requested with DPOW Radiology.

Was seen on time nurse was lovely

Was waiting over half an hour after my appointment time.
I left the appointment feeling like I had wasted my time. I didnt feel listened to and one of the main reasons I attended was just brushed aside.

I was requested to arrange a GP appt due to repeat prescriptions. Phone call appt day arranged but no idea of time. I was told the call would be in clinic hours but wasn’t told what they were. The call was at 18.00. I missed it as I assumed no call after 17.30. No message, no guidance of what to do now.

I was treated with respect and dignity from the minute I walked through the door

Staff are polite , considerate and understanding all the way through the customer journey . The dr we saw was so through thank you

Phoned up, receptionist or other answered within a few minutes & managed to get me in about 1.5hrs later that day to see a doctor. If this kind of service can be maintained on a more regular basis then that’s a massive positive.

Care coordinator was very helpful and a doctor rang me back as quickly as possible and dealt with me over the phone. A prescription was issued. All very efficient

My last interaction was just to order another fit note, the receptionist sent me the link and I completed the forms online.

Very hard to get a telephone appointment with a doctor and when I didn't it was very hard to understand him

Reception very helpful , couldn’t have been better , response. From doctor with recall chat , was quicker than expected, and I was given the choice of doctors ! What more could I ask for, thank you .

the practice is always available to talk to you !! and very knowledgable

I got appointment for the same day. Doctor was wonderful. I did not feel rushed and had ECG done immediately. Everything explained using simple language.

The Nurse was extremely friendly took my blood and offered me a pneumonia vaccine, which I had and didn’t feel a thing.

Like small numbers waiting with appointment times being kept to...don't like need to revists for separate parts of a review...why cannot one person cover all...disabled parking limited and needs to be closer to building access

I think it’s important to keep communication clear and precise and having a designated Asthma nurse is extremely helpful…

Dealt with on time , very professionaly and left feeling like I knew what was going on with my treatment.
