Always manage to get an appointment at a reasonable time lovely staff

Although I saw a junior doctor with my problem he wasted no time in seeking advice from a senior doctor to confirm his diagnosis.

Everything was perfect!
When I need to see a Doctor, I’ve always been able to see one. I prefer to keep to the same two if possible, as I feel they know me better. Caring , and taking time to assess your problems , is very important which these two doctors both do.
It's nice to know that someone cares about my wellbeing.
The appointment was easy to make, and I was seen promptly. The nurse concerned was very solicitous and saw to the removal of a series of clips and sutures. I was reassured as to the progress of the healing of the wound required for my hernia operation.
Do not care for appointments process
Had flu jab, didn't feel a thing and no soreness after. All the staff were smiling and friendly.
My cancer was diagnosed very promptly once I contacted the surgery. I have had excellent care since then.
Helpful reception staff, showed they were listening to my concerns. I was able to book an On the day appt. Doctor gave time to listen to me and explained why I was having the concerns I had. Felt all staff were approachable, surgery was calm even though it was quite busy.
Call back scheme- holding place in the queue is a very good service.
