I always get a reply straightaway and help suggested so thank you

No problem, booked our flu injections, turned up and the nurse completed them. Very professional service

Called at 8 got a call back saw the doctor the same morning

It was easy to contact via the online form. We received a call from.a GP on the day we were given and offered a same day appointment.
The GP listened carefully to Katy’s concerns and provided reassuring advice.

Lack of being able to book advance appointments without telephone consultation

The nurse I had booked for my B12 injection was off sick but another nurse was soon organised to give me the injection

Not a regular visitor but always have found the service and staff excellent

Waited in a que of above 30 ..and that was getting through at 8.05am bu the que went down pretty quickly and i got a Gp call back later that day

Had over 40 check up with nurse, also shingles jab (not at same appointment)
Both appointments were on time, check up was thorough, blood test results came back quickly
Nurse and reception staff were polite professional and helpful
Made telephone appointment with receptionist to discuss results with GP at later date

I have a pre paid prescription for my meds. I order through the Lloyd’s/NHS app prior to going on holiday, thinking they would be put through the letter box during my time away.
My recent order had been stopped as the Doctor wanted me to have a BP test. But I had not been informed of this either by text, email or any other notification. It was only when I checked the Lloyds App that it said ‘Awaiting Doctor Approval’. Can, in future I be notified if my meds have not been approved. It would save me running out and having to ring 111 for an emergency prescription.

Generally a good service but can be a very long wait in a queue to get through sometimes and even when you do they don't know or have the answer so they have to go check so you are then on hold again. Need to have a clinician there where they answer the phone as the wait can hold up the queue and even your time

Couldn't get booked in before the end of my medication, I did ring more than a week before to arrange an appointment but still couldn't get an appointment in a timely manner.
The receptionist did arrange for a prescription to ensure I did not run out of medication which I was grateful for and the nurse during my appointment was lovely.
