Feedback

I was seen on time, the nurse was informative and respectful

Answering Phones very quickly, booked my appointment with no hassle

I was seen promptly and treated very efficiently.

Little waiting time and my consultation was really lovely. The young lady was so plesant and professional, every issue was covered and sorted. She helped me feel relaxed as I usually get anxious at appointments

Fast referal

I rang for an appointment for myself and my son, though we were in a queue, we got an appointment easily and were seen on time. The doctor was kind and polite.

Visit one, for myself was ok, waited 30 mins past appt time, not too long, saw the paramedic who was thorough and very pleasant and answered all my questions. Second visit was with my grandson who had an ear infection. Waited an hour over appt time with a poorly child. Had to keep checking at reception to find out what was happening. Previous patient had a very long appointment!

The practice has excellent facilities and friendly medical staff

Efficient and friendly care navigator

Tried to book an appointment in advance but had to ring at the busiest period. As this was non urgent I felt it was taking the receptionists valuable time when they could be dealing with more urgent appointments.

I was able to make an appointment and see the doctor all within an hour. An ECG was completed immediately and the doctor saw me again soon after. Very pleased with the service.

I was offered a face to face meeting on the same day I contacted the surgery.
I was advised by the GP that I might need to wait a little time beyond my scheduled appointment. I did have to, it was better that I had been forewarned.

I requested a dr call me . I rang 08:05 am dr rang before 9 am I was gobsmacked

I phoned on Monday 9th to discuss the iron tablets I’d been put on as they were making me feel very sick. I had to phone back on Tuesday as there were no more appointments. I had a doctor call me back but I work in a school and can’t answer. The doctor left a message saying she’d phone back after 4pm. This never happened. I phoned on Wednesday 11th to see what was going on, I explained the situation to the receptionist and was told to phone back in a few days. I phoned on Monday 16th and I was told that a prescription for different tablets was at my pharmacy. The date on the prescription was the 12th. Why had no one bothered to let me know that a prescription had been made? I could have been on the iron tablets 4 days earlier if the communication was better.

I was only waiting a few minutes for my appointment with a nurse, she was very friendly.

Waiting time wasn't too long ,reception staff are always happy and helpful.

Lack of communication- no appointments available except weeks ahead - unless deemed emergency then told to keep ringing receptionist for any available slots

Telephoned the surgery at 0800 hours and asked to see a Doctor the Team Member who answered my call was very pleasant I was given an appointment for 0945 with an excellent trainee Doctor who was being guided by a GP during the consultation. Appointment was well managed and effective with required checks undertaken and I left reassured Thank you

Came to the surgery at 8 am to ask if any appointments available and was seeing the ANP before 8:30 so couldn't have asked for more.

Was first appointment @0800 didn't get seen until 0811 can't see why there was a hold up when I was 1st appointment

There is always someone to talk to and most of the time appointments are available
