I have recently joined the woodfield medical centre, the process I went through from applying to acceptance ran very smoothly, I am impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff.

Surprised that I got a face to face ,rather than call back. Had medical student with doctor, not a problem for me. The student was lovely and the doctor was really helpful to her, was nice to witness.

The receptionist was polite and helpful and very accommodating regarding choice of appointment dates and was seen by the nurse on time

Prompt and clear responses from the practice. Always good communication.

I was seen promptly and was satisfied with the consultation and with the tests I was given. I was notified of the results quickly too!

Staff on reception and nurse was very nice and helpful

Just showed no interest in what I had to say two face to face and one telephone consultation. No help what so ever no X-ray only one referral as a non urgent case. Been to A and E had an X-ray showing bi lateral osteoarthritis referred to pain clinic I hope.

Always polite efficient staff who make you feel welcome . Nothing is too much trouble and truly feel I have the best Doctors and centre staff who are a credit to their profession.

Telephoned in the morning and received a same day GP appointment. The doctor gave a thorough examination with an excellent explanation and how I should proceed. Very happy with all aspects.

Gp I saw was excellent , I voiced my concerns and he took every step to meticulously explain everything. I felt much calmer coming home as a result .

Speed of diagnosis. Smooth interaction between messages and appointments

I struggled to get a phone call for an ongoing medical issue, but once I did the doctor was thorough and prompt.

I phoned straight away in the morning and got an appointment the same day. The doctor was very thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed in the slightest and felt listened to when I was talking about my problem. I also managed to book in for a blood test straight after my appointment which meant I did not have to come back. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The practice is well managed the admin is helpful and understanding and the medical team are great

I get prompt efficient server from all the staff you reception ladies are polite and welcoming.

From the top to the bottom, all the staff put in a great shift, so helpful, hardworking. They always listen, and call back with honest feedback. Without these people I would be lost and lots more
