Wasn’t waiting long at all and the dr I saw was so amazing ! She understood not like some doctors where they try rush you she was patient and made sure she did all the tests she needed to. And referred me to the hospital she also explained what she was testing for and how she was going to do it couldn’t of had a better doctor x
I felt that my concerns was dealt with in a reasonable manner.

I am absolutely amazed at the efficiency in all areas of the practice. Having spent 14 hours in AE the day before and seeing the chaos broke my nerve what was happening to the nhs thank you for restoring my faith well done to all your team ❤️❤️

Overall, nurses are extremely good at responding and updating me following their visits to my relative.
Care Home staff take their lead from the GP and Nurses, hence, prompt Assessment post discharge is crucial!
My little girl had tonsillitis and I was told to wait three days before being given antibiotics as it could have been viral tonsillitis. I then had to watch my little girl slowly get worse before being told yes she does need antibiotics

I thought with two practices joining together the appointments would have been easier to book..this is not the case..in fact the new practice is going backwards ..
