Phones were extremely busy 8am in the morning but when I eventually got through the receptionist was very efficient I wanted to see a particular GP , had a call from the GP who then made me an appointment that day to see him
The receptionists arose polite and do their best always get me in when they can nothing is too much trouble Doctors are always polite and helpful and do their best
Very pleasant receptionist explained clearly the reason for the call and we very quickly arrived at an appointment date and time

Was waiting 5 weeks to speak to doctor about photos I sent online, even though I explained I was having time off work due to skin condition still had to wait for 3 weeks for telephone appointment
The GP was efficient, also seen on time, which is a first for me. Just a pity I had to wait a few days for an appointment.

Surprisingly offered an appointment same day. The automated screen check in is an easy customer friendly options. Appointment took place at the stated time. Doctor was friendly, confident, asked questions and was honest and open when questions were put to her.

I felt that the doctor who called me was very patient and asked all the relevant questions, he has ordered blood tests and arranged a follow up programme.

I was able to book an online face 2 face appointment. It was the only one available I was grateful to get the appointment, probably by luck more than anything as I logged on at 4:30 am.
