Everyone is always so courteous and polite and do their very best to accommodate

First appointment with the surgery, was very nice and polite and thorough

Having to ring the a fixtures appointment at 8 am and hope is ridiculous in this era. Doctors don't seem to appreciate that some of us work.

Very responsive. Dealt with my concerns and put my mind at ease.

I requested a telephone appointment. The phone rang, I didn't get to it in time. I rang the practice to see if the doctor could call back but haven't heard anything so had to put in another request for an appointment.

A nurse from the Frailty team came very soon after my phone call for help with my husband. After OBS, she agreed he needed antibiotics for the congestion on his chest, although medication for the relief of mucous was working.

Still waiting for log in for NHS app, from reception. It’s been one week. Sorted log in myself

I was given an appointment within two hours and the doctor and nurse were very professional.

I messaged the doctor through my NHS app and had a call back within days . The doctor and I had a chat about symptoms and made an appointment to suit my work schedule for a blood test . This is what was required at this time so very pleased with the response

I rang thru expecting to deal remotely with a nurse practitioner and was given an immediate appointment..I saw a fantastic trainee doctor that I hope returns to the practice at some point...kind considerate and very easy to talk to

Was able to book appointment online. Not in the waiting room long. Lovely, reassuring nurse!

Excellent care & efficient booking system

I am visually impaired, the new change of using tv screens to tell you which room to go to was very stressful. I was unable to see/read text on the screen nor the wall signs with directions to rooms so had to use my camera to zoom in every time the screen made a sound.

Came seen within 10 minutes of getting there very polite put me at ease

Got an appointment quickly. Seen on time and everything expained very well.

Everything was perfect.nurse was exceptional.

Always polite and professional for all staff members. Waiting times dependant on emergencies are short. Overall excellent.
