The admin staff have so much responsibility these days regarding the appointment system and I have always found them to be very helpful. I have used this practice (in various forms) for most of my adult life and would not choose to go anywhere else. I do have serious concerns about how the NHS is being run down though and how that affects General Practitioner services.

The appointment was on time and the medication review was thorough.

I was called in for a yearly heath check, I knew it would be bloods and urine which the HCA did, the reason I thought it was poor was I was asked if I had any problems which informed the HCA I had which I went on to explain, and was informed I'd have to speaker to a doctor, note a single note was taken, is that me expecting to much, or somebody not doing their jobs properly.

The system takes time too access when you get to talk with someone they are helpful but limited to how much help they can give. Always friendly

From ringing to actually seeing someone was quite fast, only waited in the waiting room for barley 5 mins, the receptionists were lovely and the doctor was also incredibly nice and understanding.

I accessed the online appointments, received a prompt reply and a phone call booked with GP within the week

It was good I could go on a Saturday morning and the nurse was very efficient and professional

Your system works from(ie phone call for appointment to call back then seeing a nurse on time) cannot fault it

I have always had a positive response to any enquiry I have made..the dedicated prescription line is first class,in a queue sometimes but not for long.

I was waiting to give my reply as to whether the GP would follow up after they sent me to hospital. As usual, once I am out of the surgery I am out of their minds.
I only go to the surgery if I really need to - usually about once every 3 years - maybe this is an indication that they should look properly into what is wrong.

Nurses I have seen lately all have been friendly and very helpful.

All of the staff from the admin, nurses, HCAs, doctors are always friendly, polite and very helpful and take your health concerns seriously. They have helped myself and my son short notice a lot recently and nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou for being a lovely practice.

Everything was prompt smooth and friendly.
I think the merger of the practices has improved matters immeasurably.The follow up call from the doctor was reassuring and the icing on the cake.
