The check-in via tablet was efficient although since I’d only been to the centre twice I didn’t feel there was sufficient signage or it wasn’t obvious enough that we needed to check in there. The same goes for the split between waiting room A and B, not sufficient or obvious enough signage. I arrived 5-10 minutes before my appointment but was waiting up to 20 minutes before seeing someone who did my vitals. Before another 10 minutes waiting for a doctor. I understand there should be a short wait but not 30 minutes from my booking. I had a meeting to attend.
