I love how easy it is to get seen by a doctor / nurse. Every time I go in with an issue I am always reassured and sorted. I always leave the Gp feeling like my issues have been resolved.
I've not been to surgery since the practices joined and found the new set up a lot more efficient and the staff I felt with were most helpful
I am totally blind and when I went 2 my appointment I was told every step of the way what was going 2 happen 2 me

Pleased to say don’t go very often but if it’s necessary have always found doctors and nurses very friendly and helpful
The HCA was friendly and efficient and the waiting area is comfortable and clean.
The doctor was attentive, listening well, sending me a link to my phone for self referral for physiotherapy.
I always struggle to make contact and discuss with any Doctor regarding my medical concerns. The waiting times for a call call back are concerning . I have recently considered moving practices due to this . Some interactions are good and the staff seem to try their best. Some are more customer focused than others.
Didn't have to wait long, and the doctor was really good when he looked me over And explained things really well to me!I get really anxious coming to the doctors so it's nice to have that. Thank you.
Made a telephone call to book an appointment with a doctor, which was put in a queue.
I opted for the call back & wasn't long at all before the call came back.
An appointment was made for me to see a Doctor at a convenient time for me.
The Doctor made the time to listen & was very thorough.

I never have a problem getting in touch with anybody to arrange appointments or prescriptions. I find all the staff willing to help and be accommodating. To all thank you and well done.
The doctor wanted to speak with me about a hospital letter, I didn't get to speak to the doctor who initiated the request, the doctor I did speak to didn't have the letter to hand initially and it all seemed rather pointless.
Also I felt I had to wait far too long for a simple phone call appointment.
I can't quite understand, why, if a doctor wishes to speak to a patient over the phone, that doctor can't make the phone call themselves at the time egrn they are viewing the letter, a quick look on my record would show my contact details and my age, likely that I would be reachable and not at work.
